Who We Are
The Libertarian Party of South Central Virginia is a local affiliate of the Libertarian Party covering Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Hopewell, Petersburg, and Prince George, VA.
Libertarianism is built on the human rights to life, liberty, property, and the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP), the principle asserting initiating physical force against persons or their justly acquired property, or threatening to do so, is morally wrong. Summed up:
don't hurt people, and don't take their stuff.
To promote these ideas LPSCV endeavors to:
We regularly meet and hold events to build a community of peaceable liberty lovers.
We promote and discuss libertarianism's tenets and how it might be achieved.
We seek libertarians to run and endorse for local and statewide offices in Virginia.
